The center column can be detached and reversed for low-angle shots. The 4-section aluminum legs have flip-lock joints to adjust the working height to in seconds. By disassembling one of the legs and attaching it to the head, the tripod can be converted into a monopod for shooting situations where a tripod may be too bulky or slow, like when shooting sports or wildlife.
